I’m glad you found your way here. I created Breathroot Hypnotherapy because I believe real change begins beneath the surface, in the subconscious mind where patterns, habits, and emotional responses are formed.
As a Certified Hypnotherapist and graduate of the HMI College of Hypnotherapy, I now work with clients both in person at Alchemy House in Sioux Falls and online through secure video sessions. This allows you to choose the environment that feels most supportive for you, whether that is a calm space at home or an in-person setting.
In our sessions, I guide you into a state of focused relaxation where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive change. From there, we can work together on areas such as stress, anxiety, sleep, confidence, habits, motivation, and emotional patterns.
Each session is personalized to your goals and your way of learning and responding. My role is not to change who you are, but to help you access the inner resources you already have so change can happen naturally and last.

For online sessions, all you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session, simply following my voice as we work together toward your goals.
