BREATHROOT HYPNOTHERAPY

Kamp Kirsch, CMH

Kamp Kirsch, Certified Mast Hypnotist, Hypnotherapist

Hi, I’m Kamp, founder of Breathroot Hypnotherapy.

I help people uncover the roots of their patterns, not just to understand them, but to transform them. My approach blends the power of hypnotherapy with the natural intelligence of the breath, guiding clients into deep states where change happens at the subconscious level.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. Often, these struggles trace back to early moments in life where safety, choice, or self-worth were disrupted. Through guided inner journeys, including inner child work, breath-anchored healing, and subconscious reprogramming, we begin restoring a sense of trust, clarity, and forward motion.

Breathroot is named for what I believe lies at the core of healing: the breath as our first language, and the root as our link to what is essential.

This work is collaborative, practical, and deeply personal. It’s not about performance, it’s about reconnection.

If you’re ready to move past old blocks and finally feel aligned with your own voice, I’d be honored to guide you there.

HOW IT WORKS

Emotional & Behavioral Change
Hypnotherapy helps shift deep emotional patterns and behaviors by working directly with the subconscious mind. It creates lasting change by rewiring the root of habits, not just the symptoms.

Anxiety, Stress & Mental Wellness

Hypnotherapy calms the nervous system and rewires anxious thought loops at the subconscious level. It helps reduce stress and restore a sense of balance, clarity, and inner control.

Grief, Heartache & Relationship Patterns
Hypnotherapy helps release emotional pain, rebuild self-worth, and transform limiting patterns tied to past relationships. It gently supports healing from grief, heartache, and attachment wounds.

Breath, Mind & Body Integration
Hypnotherapy uses breath as a bridge to connect the mind and body, calming the nervous system and anchoring change. It helps release stored tension and restore a sense of presence and inner alignment.
