Scholarship Program Offerings

Each scholarship track is a structured, multi-session process designed to create measurable change. Applicants will be selected based on fit, commitment, and readiness.

Only one participant will be selected per program at a time.

Adult Programs

Weight Loss Program
8 Sessions
Focused on habit change, emotional eating patterns, and building a new identity around food and consistency.

Pain Management Program
4–6 Sessions
Designed to improve perception of discomfort and increase control through mind-body regulation.

Sleep & Stress Reset Program
4–6 Sessions
Helps calm the nervous system, reduce overthinking, and create consistent, restorative sleep patterns.

Smoking / Vaping Cessation Program
3–4 Sessions
Targets habitual patterns and reinforces a non-smoker identity at the subconscious level.

Life Path Integration Series
4 Sessions
A structured process exploring past, future, and deeper subconscious patterns to create clarity and direction.

Youth Programs

Anxiety & Sleep Support Program
4–6 Sessions
Helps regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and improve sleep through simple, guided techniques.

Sports Performance Program
3–4 Sessions
Builds focus, confidence, and composure under pressure for young athletes.

Important Notes

Applicants may apply for one program only

All sessions must be attended consistently

Participants must be willing to complete simple between-session practices

Providing a testimonial at the conclusion of the program is part of the scholarship agreement, helping others understand the impact of this work.
